The term ‘ Holistic’ is increasingly finding precedence in health and wellness Industry. Striving towards better health is no longer the only objective of people the world over. It divorces itself from what is true state of well being. While being healthy only considers physical health of a person when this is not the only parameter or bench mark which defines a person’s state of well being.

When the other aspects of health like the mental, spiritual and emotional areas are taken into consideration only then it becomes what we call as ‘Holistic’.

Complete and over all wellness of a person takes into account how a person feels at mental, emotional, spiritual as also physical level, which is often considered as the only parameter deciding the wellness of a person. With the advent of a Internet, social media, competition and commercialization,There has been a radical increase in the need amongst people to behave a certain way, speak, eat and present oneself in a certain way. This has a huge impact on how a person feels emotionally about himself.
Lack of self worth, low self esteem and reduced appreciation of one’ self contributes to how a person feels about his mental health.  At the spiritual level, what connection is built decides how a person grows as a better human being. What is considered as good health and great well being should surely cover emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health of person to decide his true well being. We at our coaching system takes into our purview all aspects of woman’s well being so that she as an identity for her family and a resource for her work place brings the best to the table as a Holistic package in her own self.

We undertake and hold public workshops and corporate programs for shorter time span ranging between 2 to 3 days.
Live workshops have infectious energy levels and make you spur into action to take a step into becoming the best version of your own self.

Mind your wellness works on bringing your inner world out. It is an at length program which works in close proximity of a small group as also one on one style coaching.
We take a plunge into what makes you who you are today. What are your deeply ingrained beliefs, your perception about your own mettle, what your goals are and how do you design a road map to go where your dreams are fulfilled.

Mind your Plate

Mind your plate is a six week program which invariably gives you not one, nor two , yes several light bulb moments when you begin bursting age old myths about food and your ideas about them.
The program aims at making you independent in designing your food plates based on your lifestyle and food habits.
The six week journey opens up before you a plethora of healthy food options which you would be eager to experiment. The idea is to learn from one another and implement. Sharing your plates and making them colorful and innovative.
The added advantage is healthier, fitter, more energetic and more aware YOU.
