What is this program all about?

This program is all about building sustainable healthy food habits. Our lives revolve around food , when we inculcate healthy food habits, they not only change how we look externally, but also change perception about things and most importantly about us. It starts as a ripple effect which shows in every area of your life.

I don't like tracking my food in terms of calories? can I still join?

Congrates, you are at the right place. We don’t do it either. We ask you to be mindful about what you are eating rather than counting calories. In fact to some people we do recommend to eat more to lose weight. Surprised? You will understand this if you will join this program, or attend our workshops to take a glimpse of it.

How does it operate?

It operates on whatsapp. You will be on a whatsapp group. Before the beginning of each week we issue guidelines. You follow the guidelines and share pics of each meal on the group ,we monitor your plate in terms of portion size, nutritional availability and their balance and comment on each pic. You share your challenges and learning too, we try to solve them and keep you on track. There are lots of recipes, tips and tricks that you can consider as bonuses or freebies

Ok, how easy it is to follow?

Fairly easy, We share guidelines, you follow them, prepare your colorful and yummy plates click pics  and send it to the group. We monitor  and let you know how great you did or what you missed and that’s it. We have in fact received compliments about flexibility of the program.

I have some allergy with certain food groups? can I join?

We do take care of common food allergies like dairy or gluten. If you have any specific allergy, please do let us know, we will take care of that.

I want to travel in between for few days? Should I join?

Yes why not. We all travel and eat out at times. When we talk about sustainable healthy life style it cannot be completed without incorporating travelling or eating out. 

I have some medical issues? do you take care of it?

Common medical issues like thyroid, cholesterol, diabetes etc are taken care in the program. Please do let us know about your medical condition. We can then decide whether we can take you in or not.

Is this another fad diet? if not? What is the mantra on which this program works?

No, this is not any fad diet. This is about building sustainable healthy food habits. We don’t remove any macro group, we ask you to stay balanced with different food groups(which is easy once you are in the system). Mantra is to maintain steady blood sugar level

I have a specific goal to loose certain KGs in a certain time. How will you help me?

This program is all about building sustainable  healthy life style, we do not work on specific time bound goals. 

On an average how much weight will I lose?

Aha, We don’t guarantee you even a KG, if you will follow the program well you will lose those extra kilos which your body is holding on to.
